What should I bring with?

We get asked this a lot! We have prepared a list of what we would recommend packing up and bringing with. This should all be very easy to keep together. We like to make everything nice and compact.

  • Sunscreen
  • Sun Hat
  • Breathable/Comfortable Hiking Shoes or Boots
  • Drinking water for at least 3 hours
  • Chap Stick
  • Sunglasses
  • Sweater or Wind Breaker (The weather can change fast!)
  • Compact Snack
  • Natural Insect Oil or Spray

General Information

This is an outdoor experience and we want to make sure you are aware of a few key factors that are involved. We want everyone to have the most enjoyable experience and not be caught off. Check out our list to see a few things you should know before we go out!

  • Bring Water and a Snack
  • Children 9+ are welcome. There is a lot of educational information and young children would get antsy.
  • Chairs are provided.
  • No actual public restroom will be available for 3 hours. (Please prepare before you attend)
  • Your tour guide is CPR/FIRST AID CERTIFIED for infants to adult
  • Walking will be consistent through out the tour with the exception of time spent painting- approximately 1.5 hours
  • Higher elevation has very real effects on those not used to it, Please consider a travel size can of oxygen available at the pharmacy to bring if needed
  • Higher elevations equals closer exposure to the sun so hydration is Important as well as use of sunscreen
  • These hikes will be IN NATURE, please consider that critters, insects and weather are all inclusive in this tour
